The Alliance Management or the Telco Sales department expands the indirect sales relationship with strategically important telecommunications partners. Through long standing partnerships, the team ensures the partner’s video product meets and exceeds their bundled customer’s expectation. Alliance Management provides the telecommunications partner with a television solution, for their existing internet and phone bundles. The Strategic Account Manager represents the entire range of DISH Network’s products and services to assigned telecommunications partner. 

 

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university, 3 years related experience, or combination of education and experience
  • Demonstrated success in networking at entry and middle management levels with strong relationship management skills
  • Ability to deliver training presentations to adult learners and respond to questions from large groups
  • Experience of identifying trends and developing creative and innovative customer-centric solutions
  • The ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals, professional journals and/or technical procedures
  • Quantitative analytical abilities including expertise using Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of telecommunications industry development preferable
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • Execute the overall strategy through working cross-functionally with site leadership and partner representatives.
  • Achieves or exceeds assigned sales quota in designated strategic account(s)
  • Achieves or exceeds strategic key performance indicators defined by internal departmental and company’s goals
  • Creates and details overall and sales channel specific strategic plans to C level management
  • Maintains high partnership customer satisfaction through facilitation of account manager’s day-to-day support activities
  • Conduct research and analysis in support of identifying opportunities with site or sales channel
  • Develop and maintain competitive information on the market including product offerings, strengths/weaknesses, and current news and trends.
  • Develop formal business cases to support tactical approach with assigned partner
