Successful Quality Assurance Supervisors will have the following:

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year College or University strongly preferred and two plus years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience fostering an environment of Pride, Adventure, and Winning, while consistently leading the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of QAS in region.
  • Established interviewing, hiring, and training employee's skills; also proficient in planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
  • Familiarity with field operations or residential installation a definite plus. 

The Quality Assurance Supervisor is responsible for supervising a group of geographically distributed Quality Assurance Specialists (QAS) that assess the completed work of internal and or contracted DISH Network technicians.  

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Implementing and maintaining quality assurance standards and guidelines.
  • Plan, organize, direct, and control the work of assigned Quality Assurance Specialists with frequent ride-alongs, performing periodic tool, truck, and inventory audits.
  • Responsible for providing weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports to senior management, including metrics, performance, compliance, and business reviews.
  • Responsible for partnering with the Regional Account Manager, Manager of Training and Quality, and Regional Manager of Training and Quality to establish long term growth and development of assigned  territories and their improved performance
  • Responsible for partnering with internal and external partners (in person/conference calls) to strategically improve relationship and performance metrics.
  • Ensures 100% satisfaction to customers by enforcing DISH Network standard operating policies and procedures.
  • Train new and existing Quality Assurance Specialists and partners; ensuring all quality metrics are being reported and strategic plans to improve are implemented.  
  • Ensure compliance with various state, local, and federal government guidelines and regulations, including safety/OSHA. #CB2
