About this job
Maintenance/Janitorial Job Function: Maintain the cleanliness of the parking facilities by performing the following duties:
* Provide outstanding customer service to patrons at all times; provide assistance as needed
* Responsible for being at work every scheduled day, on time and in provided uniform.
* Available on occasion to cover other shifts If needed
* Effectively communicate with management, colleagues and patrons.
* Resolves issues or situations using logic and a common sense approach.
* Maintain cleanliness of all garage facilities, basic limited janitorial duties.
* Operates scrubber machine to clean floors and keep facilities in tip top condition
* Special projects from time to time such as snow removal, painting, and other duties as needed
* Completes written shift report at end of day
* Contribute to team effort by accomplishing projects and goals as assigned
* Any other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Must be 18 years of age
* Experience preferred but not mandatory to be considered
* Able to pass a criminal and drug urine background check
* Must have a VALID driver's license and ability to get to work
Salary: $13.00 /hour
Benefits and paid time options after 90 days of successful employment
Shifts are typically 6:00am to 2:30pm OR 2:00pm to 10:30pm
Preferred experience:
* Maintenance/Janitorial: 1 year
