Walmart Logistics is Hiring a Maintenance Technician!

Logistics is truly the heart of the Walmart operation. It’s the division that keeps millions of products moving to customers each day of the year, while using the latest environmentally-sustainable practices to do it. Responsibilities:

• Complete work orders, records, logs and other written or computer-based documents according to established procedures
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment
• Operate material handling equipment, battery equipment, moving machinery and other powered equipment
• Clean and maintain grounds, parking lots, fencing and building facilities
• Read and understand technical drawings to repair/maintain equipment
• Assist other maintenance technicians in the repair and maintenance of equipment
• Troubleshoot complex problems with equipment

Minimum Qualifications:

• Two years’ industrial maintenance experience working with electrical, electronics and mechanical equipment AND
• Experience working with blueprints, schematics and equipment manuals 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Course work of certification in welding, electrical, mechanical automation or industrial electronics
