We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Assistant Manager.
Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Requirements
Zaxby's Assistant Manager will assist the General Manager in achieving goals related to sales, costs, profits, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation.
- Ensure all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times. - Promote and reflect a positive work environment.
- Ensure all menu items are consistently prepared and served according to Zaxby’s standards.
- Lead team members and shift managers with a positive and effective attitude.
- Provide training to team members in the areas of food preparation, service, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Order and control inventory by forecasting and referring to past data.
- Increase sales by providing a great product along with great customer service
Age Requirement: at least 18 years old
Education Requirement: High School Diploma or GED
Citizenship Requirements: U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
Additional Requirements & Qualifications: At least one year of management experience.

Hours per Week: 45 – 50 hours per week
