What will I be doing?

- Prepare and build basic to complex financial pro-formas related to the development of HGVC new and existing projects. Includes fully understanding all economics of projects and working with senior level management for assumptions
- Responsible for discounted cash flow modeling, forecasting return on invested capital, as well as investment cash flow and earnings calculations
- Knowledge of modeling consumer, construction, and hypothecation debt financing
- Benchmark project assumptions against competition and other market forces
- Prepare presentation documents for the Hilton Worldwide Investment and Finance Committee and the Board of Directors, this will include preparing authorization request memos, accurate pro-formas and supporting exhibits
- Attend project meetings to ensure projects meet necessary milestones and incorporate key learning's for future projects
- Communicate with all interested parties immediately if changes to any key assumptions occur
