Home Instead Senior Care is celebrating its 14th year in business in Pinellas County, FL. We are a private duty Home Care agency that provides non-skilled services. Our services range from companionship/homemaker services to assistance will ADL's. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager. Our QA Manager will correspond with our clients and families on a daily basis. He/she will also work with our Operations Department to assure our clients are receiving quality services. This position is internal position with daily visits to our clients' homes.  Would like a RN that has five years of experience in Healthcare either in SNF,ALF, Hospice or Home Health Agency. Salary structure includes a base salary $45k and a bonus plan of $5,000.  We offer a consistent schedule Monday thru Friday, so if you want a change and a rewarding job, Home Instead Senior Care is the answer.

 RequirementsThe Quality Assurance Manager is expected to perform a variety of duties in the area of client services.  The Quality Assurance Manager is expected to conduct service calls and perform quality assurance visits in order to provide the highest quality service to clients.
 
Primary
  • Conduct service calls with prospective clients
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with all clients through quality assurance (QA) visits, phone call, cards and special events
  • Conduct QA visits with clients in person or over the phone according to the QA frequency guidelines.  Conduct follow up as necessary
  • Monitor, mediate, and log both client and CAREGiver activity and follow up on CAREGiver assignments and client service.
  • Counsel CAREGivers on quality assurance concerns after visiting clients
  • Conduct client/CAREGiver introductions as scheduled
  • Enter and maintain accurate client and CAREGiver records in BOSS or equivalent software.
  • Medication management
  • Supervisory Visits

Secondary
  • Correspond with clients on holidays and birthdays
  • Participate in all quarterly CAREGiver meetings
  • May need to work afterhours or on weekends (Very limited basis)
