Doctor's Medical Group is currently looking for a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant for our Murfreesboro location. Part-time position available (24-36 hours per week).
Primary job duties:
Performs general medical care including examinations, evaluations, diagnoses, treatment, follow-ups, consultations and education.
Select, order, and perform tests and procedures to augment physical findings.
Define/document differential diagnoses with most likely diagnosis included. Formulates and plans intitial prognosis of patient.
Interpret data and diagnostic results for appropriate course of action in collaboration with supervising physician.
Prescribes types of treatment including therapeutic acts
Refers patients to specialists.
Be confident in working in an urgent care setting.
Job Qualifications:
Minimum Education:Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or physician assistant program.
Certified as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant.
Experience:Some experience preferred but not required.
ACLS/PALS certification
