POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for assisting in various warehouse functions, to include but not limited to: loading, unloading, receiving, put away, and deluxing furniture.
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
- Inbound truck unloading, receiving, and OS&D reporting/reconciliation
- Product movement from receiving dock to putaway; and putaway to the deluxing floor
- Deluxing of outbound furniture prior to delivery to ensure first quality
- Assist with outbound trucks audits, and waving/shipping reconciliation
- Prepare, maintain, and distribute operational reports, verifying content and accuracy
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Self-motivating individual able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication (written and verbal), organization, and follow-through skills
- Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, & Access) and WMS (PkMS & HubWM)
- Able to lift at least 75 pounds safely
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- MHE Certified candidate preferred
