We are looking for someone with extensive experience leading the entire creative development process from brief/strategy through shoots and post-production. You will help lead our creative and content strategies and work with our agency, Fallon, in the concepting and execution of great campaigns. Formal Job Description POSITION TITLE: MANAGER, NATIONAL BRAND EXPERIENCE FLSA STATUS: Exempt PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: Play a leadership role in driving Arby's brand positioning and product promotions RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Developing brand and product communications strategies 2. Work with cross-functional Arby's team and Agency of Record on advertising creative: television and digital/social content 3. Lead marketing initiatives to drive awareness, engagement, and donation for Arby's foundation (http://arbysfoundation.org/) 4. Lead marketing initiatives to grow Arby's Franchisee base EDUCATION QUALIFICATION: Required Minimum: Undergraduate Degree Preferred: Graduate Degree EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION: Required Minimum: 5 -- 7 years in an advertising agency account management role, with extensive experience leading television strategy, concepting, shoot, and production process.
