Position Purpose
This position will support all four HISC branches, concentrating on writing blogs and press releases, social media and digital marketing, basic website optimization and maintenance while being mindful of best SEO practices, event planning, public relations and more. SharePoint CMS experience is a plus, but not required. This person will report to the company’s President and will work closely with all four Branch Managers and their staffs. There will be freedom to develop new, revenue-generating initiatives. The Marketing Manager must have professional marketing and/or advertising experience and represent our core value, Love (v.), in all interactions with internal and external customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities
•    Execute Branded and Local Marketing Events (i.e. Be A Santa To A Senior Program)
•    Social/Digital Media – write blogs, post updates, generate “likes”, etc.
•    Public Relations – Create press releases and develop stories with local media (TV, radio, newspaper)
•    Optimize and update our Home Instead websites
•    Monthly CAREGiver and Client Newsletters
•    Email Blasts - Email our CAREGiver groups, potential and past clients, and Referral Provider Network (RPNs) and coordinate content as well as maintain marketing database (adds/deletes)
•    Design ad placement for Web, Print, TV, Radio as necessary
