Here's a closer look at the job:Essential Functions* Answer inbound sales calls directly from prospective and/or existing customers. * '‹ Makes outbound calls to existing customers for upsell opportunities* Makes outbound calls to prospects who have abandoned the sales funnel either on the web or in telesales* Build rapport with customers by probing for needs and recommending appropriate solutions. * Expert in all T-Mobile products and services to appropriately right-fit customer to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. * Accept orders, close sales, maintains customer records, and completes required documentation. * Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives based on targeted metrics focused on expanding the business. * Leverage T-Mobile systems, training and tools to deliver an Un-carrier experience as defined by quality program and achieve targeted quality metrics & standards.
