About this job

This position will provide project support to the Operations and Document Control Departments of a small Construction Management Firm. This individual would need to have intermediate skills of Microsoft software and be efficient in organizing and prioritizing their daily work duties. Knowledge of Timberline/Sage and AutoCad software would be a plus, but not a necessity. Below is a list of duties/tasks that would be expected of this individual.
* Process Issues/LOAs/CORs/Subcontracts/PO's/Amendments
* Maintain Project Directory
* Answering Phones
* Collect & File Daily Logs / Safety Sheets
* Process / Track Sketch Log
* Process T&M Tickets
* Process/Distribute RFIs
* Process/Distribute Submittals
* Chase Expired Insurance Certificates
* Support Subcontractor/Vendor Closeout Documents
* Print / Distribute Engineering Drawings
* Any other duties assigned by Manager
