About this job
We have a part-time/full-time opening for a Private Duty, Home Health Nurse RN/LPN.
Must be able to work various shifts per week and be available weekdays.
- Must have 1 or more years experience.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Background check required.
Requirements
* Great one-on-one experience
* Hours are per diem!!
* 8am- 4pm, Monday- Friday
* Great pay and flexibility
* Assist in daily living within the client's home
* Provide assistance with range-of-motion exercises, transfers, and Hoyer lift * Report changes or unusual findings along with incidents promptly
* Keep Daily Nursing Notes * Be able to provide transportation in Client's Conversion Va
* Must have SCI and TBI * Must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check to be considered
* Must be able move a person without assistance * Must be able to bend, stretch, squat, stand, and walk without issues
* Must have a valid CPR License, Driver's License, Auto Insurance, and Vehicle Registration
* Must have Registered Nurse or License Practical Nurse License
