CHSPSC, LLC seeks an Administrative Assistant, Ancillary Services for its Franklin, TN, headquarters' Clinical Support and Service Lines team.

Position Summary:

Set up and maintain multiple databases for CHS Ancillary Services service contracts, equipment CERs, surveys and support information for laboratory and imaging services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

* Establish multiple databases for tracking Ancillary information as listed below:

- Group email lists- Hospital Surveys

- Contract Vendors- Equipment Inventories

- Contract Launch Packages- Regulatory Tracking

- Other information tracking as required- Maintaining Lab/Imaging Intranet

* Decision support report generation

* Policies and Procedures

* Teleconference / Web / Conferencing Coordination

* On-Site Meeting Coordination

* Filing, organizing -- as required

* Research, as requested

* Access database data collection and summary projects

* Special projects as assigned by the Director, Laboratory and SR Director, Imaging

* Job Descriptions, maintaining and revision as requested Position Qualifications:

Education : A Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related healthcare field is preferred. Experience may be considered in lieu of formal education in certain circumstances.

Experience: One to two years of related experience is preferred. Above average computer skills, in software programs and database management, is also preferred. Word, Excel, Access, PPT, required.

Physical Demands:

* Must be in good mental and physical condition

* Emotional stability needed to deal with stressful situations along with the ability to handle multiple tasks and managing numerous projects all at once

* Ability to stand and sit freely, as well as, move from place to place in the Corporate Office

Work Environment:

* Fast paced office with many deadlines to meet

* Interaction with vendors, hospital staff and corporate staff

* Extensive telephone communications in solving problems and handling questions

* Time management is crucial in scheduling meetings and completing tasks by the assigned deadlines
