Position is located in Washington, DC

Role Summary:

Owns the account P&L for all Xerox services for the assigned client(s) and owns the highest level of relationships on the account(s)

Accountable for driving revenue growth for the account(s) leveraging our full portfolio of offerings

Accountable for management of contract requirements and ensuring the highest levels of client satisfaction

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with capabilities and sales to create, update and communicate account business plan (2 -- 3yrs).

Position Xerox as a strategic partner and leverage relationships to achieve account business plan.

Account(s) financial performance / P&L management (planning, forecasting, budgeting)

Responsible for delivery of contract requirements to the client(s)

Review SLA trends and communicate improvement plans as needed.

Drive YOY revenue growth from existing contracts.

Monitor and improve operational results. Take necessary actions to meet all financial and contractual targets.

Generate highest level of client satisfaction and ensure client reference ability

Manage subcontractors performance

Effectively manage multiple capabilities - and often multiple contracts - for their assigned client(s)

Partner with Capability Leaders to enforce accountabilities and ensure mutual success

Account planning activities including conducting SWOT analysis, evaluating resource requirements, and planning for stakeholder engagement

Partnering with Sales Executive on key activities such as account planning, portfolio growth strategy, and client relationship management activities

Participating in the end-to-end sales process from lead generation through deal approval

Managing client relationships, creating account strategies, and conducting periodic business reviews

Timely resolution of issues, and communicating client satisfaction results
