Customer Service Representative (Call Center Health Care) - Full-time / Part-time

We are currently hiring customer care agents for our Pittsburgh office. As a customer care representative, you will be a brand ambassador for one of the nation's largest health care plan providers to service their new and existing plan members by phone.

DialAmerica customer care agents work with senior citizens and health care plan members with special needs. We are seeking people who have a passion for helping others and a natural ability to communicate with people to answer member, customer or provider questions and resolve inquiries.

Join our family of talented Representatives with customer service skills who "Just Sound Better!" Our hours of operation are 8a-8p Monday-Friday and we are hiring for all shifts. Previous customer-focused experience a plus, but we'll teach entry-level candidates the skills to deliver a positive customer experience on every call.
