Manpower is currently recruiting for an Assembler position for one of our clients in Boyne City, MI! Job Responsibilities: *Manipulate small items, parts, etc. *Understand the principle of soldering and making satisfactory solder connections. ? Understand assembly blue prints and operation cards. *Understand measurement tools. *A good working knowledge of general assembly work (assembling parts together with nuts, bolts, screws, adhesives, etc.) *Read wiring diagrams, assembly drawings and parts lists. *Produce good solder connections to appropriate military specifications. *Soldering of all types. *Successful completion of Honeywell Soldering School may be required. *Hand fitting close tolerance parts and assemblies. *Perform soldering, silver soldering or brazing operations using a torch or induction machine. Requirements: *Read, write, and communicate with other employees. *Work with verbal and written instructions. *Work with minimum supervision. *Knowledge of the proper use of tools. *Sit for long periods of time *Distinguish colors. *Manipulate small tools and parts. *Distinguish closely fitting surfaces. *Possess good depth perception. ? Work under microscope for extended periods of time. *Terminology of symbols, used on wiring diagrams, assembly drawings, parts list. *Proper use of tools, equipment, and materials. *Understand assembly blueprints and operation cards. *Understand measurement tools. *A good working knowledge of general assembly work (assembling parts together with nuts, bolts, screws, adhesives, etc.) *High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
