Key Responsibilities include:
* Maintaining assigned areas in an orderly and attractive manner
* Ensuring that the highest degree of cleanliness and sanitation is maintained at all times
* Submitting work orders to the maintenance team as needed
* Taking initiative to ensure resident safety and satisfaction is a priority
* Interacting with residents and visitors in a friendly manner while providing customer service

We seek the following qualifications:
* High School Diploma or GED
* Must be able to obtain Fingerprint Card
* Must like working with the elderly and special attention to details
* One year of housekeeping/cleaning experience preffered
* Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions at a level necessary to accomplish
the job
* Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors and the general
public
* Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly
* Must be able to pass a drug screen, background check and must meet all health requirements
(including TB)
* Flexibility with schedule - availabilty for day, evening, holiday and weekend shifts is required
* Must enjoy working with the Senior Population
