Fast paced data entry, strong attention to detail neccessary.
-Candidates need any sort of banking or finance experience, as that will provide them with the baseline financial vocabulary and knowledge to be successful throughout the training.
-Consumer loan experience is greatly preferred.
-Organization and attention to detail is of the utmost importance. Most of their loans are unique and could be coming from Attorney's that are writing specific language into the loans.
-Beyond the banking experience, computer fluency is absolutely critical - they will be using microsoft office products extensively (word, excel) They will also train on and use a special financial core processing system.
