Start the new year out with a new career! We are seeking 45 candidates who, during their paid training, will learn to provide superior customer support in our Healthcare and Insurance Industry by responding to inbound customer inquiry calls in a call center environment.

Walk-ins applicants are accepted Monday - Friday from 9:00am - 3:00 PM at 745 W New Circle, Building 200, Lexington, KY 40511 (across from Lexmark, in the old IBM building).



Application, testing and interview taking place all in the same day!




Successful candidates should have:

* A minimum of a high school diploma or GED, at least 18 years of age or older
* Good typing skills (25+words per minute)
* Must successfully pass a background and drug screening
* Be available to train M-F, 8a-5p with open flexibility to work an 8 hour shift between the hours of 8am and 11pm, Monday-Sunday
* Previous customer service experience a plus; but, we will train

Using a computerized system, responds to customer inquiries in a call center environment.




May perform one or more of the following:

--Responds to telephone inquiries and complaints using standard scripts and procedures.
--Gathers information, researches/resolves inquiries and logs customer calls.
--Communicates appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner.
--Informs customers about services available and assesses customer needs.

All other duties as assigned.
