About this job
Work within the inventory team to ensure physical inventories and cycle counts are performed in compliance with the Corporate Controller's Policy.
Provide support to ensure adherence to all WMS/SAP/ADC/S-Ox policies and procedures related to inventory. Responsible for WMS/SAP Variance (Document Control, resolve IDOC failures, PPS, Post Shipments, rainbow adjustments, DSD variances, Site-to-Site Variances).
Support operations with business issues related to inventory, transactions, usage or other related areas to include:
Freshness Report
WEXP to CS for Release
Old Age / 10 Day at-risk short report
Club Pack Breakdown/Rotation
Source Site Quality Assurance Holds
Monitor aging inventory report on a weekly basis to ensure appropriate First Expired First Out (FEFO) product rotation.
Ensure proper coordination of product donations, dumps, and employee sales in conjunction with all corporate guidelines.
Support daily balancing of WMS to DCS, ADC to SAP, in compliance with S-Ox requirements for all responsible locations.
Support Quality Hold process and identify potential issues.
Ensure proper coordination of product donations, dumps, and employee sales in conjunction with all corporate guidelines.
Manage OS&D to ensure compliance with research
Act as backup for other Inventory Control team members as required
Will be cross-trained to support other Inventory Control, Transportation, and Customer Logistics functions
Assist with period end duties All other duties as assigned by site leadership
Qualifications:
Minimum of three years of experience in a supply chain-related function.
Must possess strong interpersonal skills, and show an ability to work and participate effectively in a team environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Computer literacy:
WMS Red Prairie DM+ or DLX software.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel necessary.
