The Financial Analyst will be the key finance contact for the Revenue Management team. This professional will contribute to the success of PepsiCo by providing financial analysis, relevant reporting, business insights, and making key strategic recommendations.
Role is responsible for establishing and ensuring quarterly price guidelines are adhered to by both the Regions and CCO teams
Role will own IRI category insights and reporting
Responsible for weekly and periodic reporting on financials and business trends
Financial modeling and ad hoc analysis
Involvement in the Annual and Quarterly Planning process by gathering and analyzing historical financials
Assist Finance Director on key projects to aid in developing NAB Revenue Strategy for the Grocery, Walmart and E-Commerce channels
Create presentations by pulling data and relevant information together and putting in presentation form using PowerPoint
Education/Certification:
Bachelor's Degree Required (Finance or Business Administration preferred)
Work Experience:
3 - 4 years of finance analyst experience
Skills & Capabilities:
Experience with forecasting and budgeting
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable solutions and processes
Ability to function well in a team environment
Strong communication skills to manage information gathering requests
Results oriented with the ability to complete assignments in a timely manner
Ability to handle multiple priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to quickly learn various in-house software applications
Aptitude to work with minimal supervision
Must be willing and able to travel up to 5% of the time
