Steward is a member of the Food & Beverage team. S/he provides cooks and food servers with clean cooking utensils and serviceware for the guests' dining experience as well as performing general and routine cleaning tasks. Washing and sanitizing dishes. Maintain cleanliness of dish pit at all times. Responsible for taking out kitchen /dining room trash.
Able to lift 50 lbs. Valid driver license, must be fast and efficient. Must be able to take on projects as needed, requested by Executive Chef and Sous Chef.
