ESSENTIAL FUNCTION:
The basic function of the Warehouse Supervisor is to directly supervise the warehouse staff and may give input on associate selection. This individual may recommend disciplinary action of an associate to management as deemed necessary. Assist management in the daily activities and operational duties of the distribution center.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
The following duties and responsibilities are essential in the daily execution of the position:
•Complete and accurate count out of Delivery & Installation trucks.
•Accurate check in of all returning Delivery and Installation Trucks.
•Accurate receiving of shipments and transfer trucks.
•Accurate and timely processing of RTV and Service products.
•Assist the RDC Manager with administrative tasks including, payroll, 3rd party billing, completion reports, damage reports and inventories.
•Take escalated phone calls from stores and customers and resolve issues quickly and fairly.
•Ensure orders are confirmed accurately and accounting for all returned merchandise
•Accurate documentation of return reports and transfers of merchandise to Stores, CDC, RTV and Service locations.
•Inspect product that is pulled for delivery.
•Maintain a clean and organized work area.
•Ensure associates have completed all job duties before leaving each day.
•Clean equipment (i.e., tow motors) as needed.
•Assist the Distribution Center Manager in Return to Vendor, Service, Spec Orders and other functions as assigned.

Requirements:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
-High school education (or equivalent)
"Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
"2-4 experience is a supervisory role

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Job Classification: Heavy
