About this job
A construction c ompany located in San Clemente is searching for a bilingual office professional to assist in processing payroll and handle some general office duties. You'll wear a lot of hats, work with a great staff and be part of fast-growing company. This is a full time temp-to-hire position, Monday – Friday, 7:30AM to 4PM. The pay is $14 per hour.
Duties include :
- Assist in imputing and processing payroll
- Using a multi-line phone system, routing incoming calls and place outgoing calls
- Providing admin/clerical support
- Works under immediate supervision
- Be available for overtime when necessary
Requirements :
- Must be bilingual in Spanish
- Experience with QuickBooks helpful, but not necessary
- Excellent customer service and upbeat personality
- Computer literacy with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus
