A construction c ompany located in San Clemente is searching for a bilingual office professional to assist in processing payroll and handle some general office duties. You'll wear a lot of hats, work with a great staff and be part of fast-growing company. This is a full time temp-to-hire position, Monday – Friday, 7:30AM to 4PM. The pay is $14 per hour.

Duties include :
  • Assist in imputing and processing payroll
  • Using a multi-line phone system, routing incoming calls and place outgoing calls
  • Providing admin/clerical support
  • Works under immediate supervision
  • Be available for overtime when necessary


Requirements :
  • Must be bilingual in Spanish
  • Experience with QuickBooks helpful, but not necessary
  • Excellent customer service and upbeat personality
  • Computer literacy with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus
