DialAmerica is expanding operations at it's Greenville location and looking to fill both Full/Part time day & evening positions with permanent hires. We are currently accepting applications for candidates to work with SiriusXM Radio conducting warm renewal sales calls! Work up to 35 hours per week! Our agents are contacting existing customers and renewing and upgrading accounts-No cold calling-all leads provided-warm sales approach.

As a Sales agent you will be responsible for making calls regarding our current customer's accounts as well as the quality of the call, handling the call in a timely manner using effective communication engaging the prospective customer to sell client product and services.

Additional responsibilities for the position include:

  • Continually maintain a working knowledge of our client's products, services and promotions
  • Maintain high quality standards while making recommendations according to customer's needs
  • Keep records of customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments as well as actions taken
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
  • Contact our clients' prospective customers to offer their products or services
  • Contact existing customers to upgrade or enhance their service
  • Enhance existing customer accounts by phone
  • Consulting with existing customers to recommend a variety of products and services to meet their needs
  • Contact existing customers to upgrade or enhance their accounts by phone
  • Ensure a positive customer experience by educating customers on the features and benefits of additional services.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience with every call
  • Update customer accounts accurately and efficiently

Requirements

Our ideal Sales agent candidate will possess:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
  • Proficient computer and data entry skills
  • Computer proficiency in a Windows PC environment with the ability to manage multiple computer screens
  • Reliable and dependable work habits
  • Ability to multitask priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Energy and enthusiasm!
  • Strong communication skills
  • Willingness to learn
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Friendly, conversational and engaging phone presence
  • Previous call center, customer service or telecom experience is preferred but not required. We will train the right person!
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills (conversational, articulate, engaging)
  • Strong attention to detail, dependability, and follow through
  • Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast changing environment
  • Goal oriented with a healthy competitive spirit
