Are you a Customer Service expert seeking a new opportunity in a team-driven atmosphere? Remedy Intelligent Staffing is looking to hire energetic Customer Care Specialists for a valued company in the La Crosse area. This is a full-time, 1st shift position.
Responsibilities:
-Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls within a call center environment
-Speak knowledgeably to customers about the company's services
-Exude a professional and courteous attitude that represents the team well
-Enter data into the system
Requirements:
-Two years previous experience in Customer Service
-Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
-Typing speed of 40 WPM
-High School Diploma or Equivalent
-Excellent communication and multitasking skills
-Ability to work independently and within a team
