Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative you will be supporting our customers as a first point of contact and will be providing solutions to their account needs and offering them new products and services. We will rely on you to actively listen to our customers and use your customer service skills, sales experience, passion and creativity to meet their needs. You will need to have the ability to ensure call resolution in a timely manner, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, maintain the highest standards of quality, guarantee customer satisfaction on every call, provide product solutions, and other duties as assigned.




Successful candidates should have:
* Prior customer service or call center experience
* Sales Experience Preferred
* A minimum of a high school diploma or GED
* Good typing skills: 25+ WPM
* Open schedule availability between 9:00am and 3:00am, 7 days/week including all weekends and holidays.
* Candidates MUST be open to working any shift during the hours of operation.
* Strong communication skills
* Good command of English (in both reading and writing)
* Logical, analytical thinking and problem solving skills


Intermediate understanding of:
* PCs and internet
* Telephone Technology
* Office Applications (Word, Excel)
* Solid sense of responsibility and reliability
* Strong awareness of privacy and data security
* Willingness to work shifts, punctual and maintain productiveness
* Readiness to be measured against personal KPIs and a commitment to personal improvement
* Must be able to successfully pass a drug screen and criminal background check

* Deliver outstanding customer service
* Possess excellent listening skills
* Be able to probe for the root cause of issues
* Be able to explain an issue and gain agreement with the customer
