We have a full-time opening for a JANITOR - Reseda, CA.
Must be able to work various shifts per week.
Requirements
G&K Management has an immediate need for a Janitor at our apartment community in Reseda.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Clean and tidy the property including all janitorial/ grounds keeper duties
Cleaning of all interior hallways, common areas and some exterior of the property
Perform scheduled daily janitorial/ grounds keeper tasks and additional cleaning jobs as necessary
Routinely shampoo common area carpets and buff floors
Ability to work well with staff, visitors and residents
Self-motivated, efficient and able to adapt to a variety of cleaning situations as they arise
Take pride in clean areas
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum one year necessary for a similar type of janitorial experience
Must have basic knowledge of cleaning supplies and how to clean different areas
Must have a high school education or equivalent thereof
Must be able to communicate in both written and verbal English
Must be organized, dependable cooperative, and possess good standards of cleanliness
