About this job

What you'll be doing:
- Handle outbound calls within an acceptable time period in a courteous and professional manner
- May also be assigned to handle inbound calls - respond to inbound calls within an acceptable time period in a courteous and professional manner
- May be assigned to handle 'top list' inbound & outbound calling ( contacting shareholders with large investments)
- May be assigned to respond via email or telephone, to inquiries received via email or internet
- May be assigned to handle compliance' or 'escalated' inquiries
- Update database in an accurate and timely manner after each call
- Keep up to date on Campaign specifics
- Strong ability to grasp material and concepts quickly and effectively
- Effectively and professionally resolve shareholder concerns
- Escalate complaints and issues to Supervisor when necessary
- Keep management team informed of customer feedback
- Meeting all targets for Productivity, Quality, Attendance, and Code of Conduct
- Good computer skills
- Participate in job shadowing with proxy representatives
- Assist in role playing with proxy representatives
- May be assigned to assist trainers in training proxy representatives
- May be assigned to assist in providing support on an ad hoc and temporary basis to proxy representatives, in the short term absence of the team leader.
- May be assigned to handle routine administrative tasks for operations, training or quality
- May be assigned to assist with quality ( monitor and pull calls, etc ) as a peer monitor
- Other duties as required

Pay Rate: $14.00 (hourly)

Monday to Thursday 6:00pm to 11:00pm and Saturday 12:00pm to 6:00pm (Friday and Sunday off)
