If you have customer service experience in the hospitality, retail or family entertainment industries and are able to work evenings and weekends, this may be your dream job. Specific Responsibilities:
- Communicate with the Customer from the reception area through the game experience
- Answer phones, take reservations, and operate computers effectively
- Cash handling and reconciliation
- Cleaning duties, equipment maintenance, participate in and promote special events
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of High School
- Minimum one year work experience in Retail, Service or Entertainment or Recreational
- Industry is preferable
- Excellent communications skills
- Customer service orientation
- Integrity, Energy and Enthusiasm
- Judgment
- Excellent work ethic
- Outgoing, friendly personality
- Must be willing to interact with customers, and make presentations in front of a crowd
- Able to use computer
- Flexibility required - Night and weekend work required
