Key Responsibilities

Train, certify and monitor the quality of the Road to Ownership Trainers in each Zone in the Region

Ensure the implementation and sustainability of the Plan to Make Plan processes by collaborating/directing the Region Training Resource

Develop the capabilities of the Route Training Representative by providing leadership, feedback and action plans to improve performance

Ad hoc projects as assigned

Track and monitor execution of RTO processes, assessments, and certifications

Conduct retention certification process

Additional staffing duties to include the following:

Partner with zone sales teams to forecast staffing needs using predictive staffing model

Coordinate frontline selection processes

Engage in frontline recruiting and outreach activities

Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations with respect to selection processes

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

Authorized to work in United States on a permanent basis Must be 21 years of age or older
