STORE MANAGERS IN TRAINING (MIT)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

KNOWLEDGE & SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to perform all tasks and functions of a Sales Associate, Team Leader and/or Assistant Manager.
Must be able to work a minimum of 5 days per week.
Must possess basic reading, writing and math skills, such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
Must be of legal age to sell alcohol and tobacco products.
Must be able to operate a personal computer.

SUPERVISION OF PERSONNEL:

Sales Associates, Team Leaders and Assistant Managers.

PHYSICAL/MENTAL/ENVIRONMENTAL:

Physical Demands:

Activities: Sitting - 5% Walking/Standing - 95%

Lifting: Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Vision: Working on computer screen and checking customers identification.

Mental Demands: Problem solve, analyze, and interpret and meet deadlines.

Environment: Climate controlled office space. Some outside work. Walk-in coolers with exposure to excessive cold.
