Franchise Sales Territory Manager



About the position:

The primary role of the Franchise Sales Territory Manager is to develop a territory by identifying and recruiting franchise owner candidates through a defined business-to-business sales process. You will be responsible for a set number of franchise units to be developed within each calendar year within your given territory.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Source, identify, qualify and recruit qualified franchisee candidates

• Cold-calling, email marketing, and attending various industry functions

• Actively respond and maintain timely communication with qualified prospects

• Present franchise agreement to applicant and facilitates in agreement signing and franchise fee collection

• Create presentations and be able to persuasively administer them

• Communicate on a regular basis with prospective franchise owners

• Organize and lead group meetings

• Approximately 50%-70% travel

Compensation is competitive including base salary, commission, and bonus. Current benefits include: 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision and disability insurance, and two weeks paid vacation.



About the ideal candidate:

Having prior work experience in a fast-paced environment and proven sales ability are a must. You should also:

• Demonstrate strong intellectual ability

• Must have experience in B2B sales and solution selling

• Must be effective with a structured sales process

• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills required; ability to persuade a wide range of audiences

• Have a college degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or Finance

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Strong customer relationship skills

• Must have a successful sales track record in facilitating sales agreements

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
