Position Description:

 

This position will provide the expertise to design, develop, maintain and publish operational reports. The analyst will also present complex reports and analysis in an understanding and actionable manner for use in decision making and the managing day to day operations. May make recommendations based on the analysis, and provide analytic point of view regarding performance results and data trends as needed. 

 

Primary Responsibilities:


  • Ability to organize workflow and competing priorities to assure deliverables are on time

  • Ability to identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets

  • Ability to assess and interpret complex customer requirements into actionable reporting is a requirement

  • Ability to work in a virtual team setting, and to acclimate to different situations and roles within the group

  • Ability to work with ambiguous data ambiguous data and multiple data sources

  • Ability to learn new technologies

Requirements

Required Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma/GED 

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst 

  • Previous experience with operational or regulatory reporting

  • Experience with gathering and documenting system requirements 

Preferred Qualifications:



  • Any previous experience Pega System or iCare 

  • Bachelor's Degree
