REM River Bluffs has full and part time opportunities available for direct support staff working in our mental health programs in Eagan, Lakeville, Inver Grove Heights and Shakopee. DSP's (direct support professionals) provide assistance to individuals with mental health challenges in residential homes in your community. Supports vary based on the needs of the person served but include transportation to appointments, passing medications and emotional support. In addition DSPs support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance the quality of life for those we support.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Valid driver’s license in good standing
  • Successful clearance of local and/or state background checks
