About this job
The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for analyzing and design packaging concepts for new products, taking into account electronics, displays, GNSS components, mounting and environmental limitations. The Mechanical Engineer will also be responsible in the design and documentation mechanical packaging components which include test specifications and manufacturing procedures. The parts that Mechanical Engineer will be designing(Solidworks,Creo) are plastic and metal housings, and parts for production using cost effective mold, machine, stamping , or other processes.
Qualifications:
-MUST HAVE Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent engineering degree
-Must have minimum 5 years of Mechanical Engineering
-Must be proficient in Solidworks or Creo for design.
-Knowledge/Experience with IP67k, IP69k
-Experience with of packaging electronics for high vibration and high
