Looking for motivated sales professionals for a direct placement inside sales opportunity in the Chicago Loop area with a VERY well-known company.

Job Description:

- Sell services to new accounts

- Once they close a deal, they will pass the account along to a separate team that handles the account management

- Cold call on prequalified leads on small to medium sized business owners to sell products
- The leads are qualified by a "lead development" team to make sure the company would want to work with that business

- Utilize knowledge of deal structure and strategy in order to reach merchants' desired outcomes and maximize profit

- Develop familiarity with each merchant's business, including their products/services, consumer demographics, consumer ratings, points of competitive differentiation, and revenue/profit drivers

HOURS:
- Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm

TRAINING:
- All reps will be ramped up with a combination of classroom training and live practice in Groupon Boarding (GOB) training program
- 1 week classroom training, followed by 4-16 weeks of on the job training. This will consist of shadowing, role playing, and regular performance feedback meetings with the manager.
- Once they close 16 contracts, they will graduate from the training program onto the sales floor
