Analyst, Maintenance Data
Assists in the collection, verification, processing and sorting of raw data. Prepares Query Language (QLP) retrievals as requested. Will attend formal Air Force training courses as required. Assists the senior analyst in the preparation of requested charts, slides and reports. Assists the Senior Analyst in the gathering of data, preparation, publication, and distribution of the Vance Aircraft Maintenance Summary and the AETC Maintenance Management Evaluation Report each month. Assists in special analysis projects as requested. Assists the senior analyst in monitoring the Maintenance Data Collection (MDC) system for correct reporting procedures. Must be capable of identifying ID numbers, automated data transaction identification codes (TRIC) and operating the automated data terminals, page printers and remote line printers (RLP). Must be able to interpret the computer products that are used within Data Management. Performs those functions required to input-print the scheduled daily TRIC's that generate local/off base products/reports. Operates and utilizes all computer systems and subsystems that pertain to or are required by aircraft maintenance. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Applicants must meet one of the following criteria of qualifications.
(1) One year of documented experience relating to the job classification. (DD Form 214 or employment record)
(2) Successful and documented completion of formal schooling equivalent to 6 months experience or 6 months of documented experience and completion of ECI course relating to the job classification.
