ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Ensures the Venue is maintained in a clean, sanitary and appealing manner, to Venue standards throughout the shift.
* Checks the room for proper seating order and checks neatness of seating area before show starts.
* Arrange floor seating according to applicable venue map; make sure seating signage is visible.
* Rearrange seating as needed post show and help clean up the room after performance.
* Handle difficult problems which arise during seating, ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Monitor the room for distractions or problems during the show; handle any issue that may arise properly.
* Ensure only guests with proper credentials obtain access to restricted areas.
* Maintain communication with other departments within the Venue to ensure a clean and safe environment.
* Scan tickets as guest enters venue, and scan exiting guests for re-entry.
* Greets guests and offers direction in locating their seats. Escorts full comps and guests who enter at show time to their seats.
* $10.50/hr
