Carmike Cinemas has an Assistant Manager position available at our Camp Hill, PA location. The Assistant Manager would report to the Complex Manager and is responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the theater. Including managing, training, customer service, depositing receipts, handling patrons and employees, complaints and ordering supplies. Performs other duties directed by the theater manager.
The perfect candidate must:
*Have strong customer service skills
*Be computer literate
*Be able to adapt and learn in hands on environment
*Have the proven ability to create a culture of accountability
*Define and develop the right person and have a strong emphasize on staff engagement with our guests
*Have High school diploma or higher
*Be willing to work late nights, weekends and all Holidays!
*Be able to pass a criminal and financial background check
