General Production Worker

The candidate will be working in a fast paced environment. They will be doing general production work. Assembly and packing will be part of the job description. The ideal candidate will be someone that is a hard worker, and has worked in a fast paced environment. TTM makes electrical circuit boards for the aerospace industry.

Most of these positions require heavy lifting or a lot of lifting of lighter weight equipment and material. the Drill Special ops involves someone that pays very close attention to detail.


Photoprint - The candidate will be setting up and operating LDI Imagers. Responsible for visual inspection of parts. Read and be aware of blueprints, artwork, and panel identification.
Lamination - The candidate will receive layers from inspection, sorts layers, gathers materials from lamination, does lay-up, builds boards for final lamination from lay-up sheet.
Drill - Operates multiple machines as allowed by product mixture. Measures using micrometers and calipers. Determines what kind of drill to use. Loads programs into machines. Checks first pieces with an x-ray.
Holefill - Fills panels with hole fill material on hole fill vacuum table. Apply templates to panels. Inspect quality of work from HDI (outside hole fill services). Runs sanding machine and savicia hole fill machine. Operates hand sanding booth/sands panels in wet sanding booth.
Dry Lab - Involved in the preparation and completion of work on a daily basis. Ability to work with chemicals such as but not limited to alcohol and acrylics. Works on micro sections, and has knowledge of different micro sections.
Quality Control - The candidate will be working in the quality department and production floor scannind documents and ensuring they are going to the correct department. Some interaction with machine operators and other production employees. Good computer skills and hand eye coordination.
