About this job
Transports patients to and from all areas of the hospital via stretcher or wheelchair. Transports various items/equipment throughout the hospital according to departmental policies and protocols (bloods, specimens, medical records, SPD items, etc...). Adheres to hospital infection control policies regarding cleaning departmental equipment (wheelchairs & stretchers).
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required. Able to read, write and speak English. AHA (American Heart Association) Heartsaver CPR AED or equivalent.
