About this job

The professional nurse practitioner is responsible for the organization and administration of patient care within their scope of practice in an internal medical clinic.

Participates in patient and family teaching, provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards of professional nursing practice in the clinical setting.

Coordinates the delivery of care and provides leadership by working cooperatively with medical, ancillary and support staff in maintaining standards of professional practice in the clinical setting.

Advanced Nurse Practitioner currently registered with the State Board of Nurse Examiners (BNE) and DEA Registered

Previous experience with Cardiology.

Current state licensure registration.

Current BCLS for health care providers.

One year full time acute care experience.
