Licensed Practical Nurse - Choices - 1.0 FT E/W

Under the administrative and clinical supervision of the Nurse Manager, the LPN uses the nursing process to provide quality client care adhering to the client's treatment plan and the nursing standards of care. A minimum of one (1) year nursing experience preferred; drug and alcohol or behavioral health nursing experience preferred.

Current Pennsylvania license as a Licensed Practical Nurse required.

BLS Required, must be completed prior to end of orientation period
