About this job
* Clear, clean and set-up tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner; greet guests, provide water, bread and butter service according to Four Seasons Standards to ensure superior service; deliver food from the kitchen to the guest ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests; assist in clearing, cleaning, and set-up, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner; serve guests in a positive, outgoing and naturally curious personality style.
* Stock linens, china, glass, silver, and food items for service; assist in preparation of smaller items such as toast, soup, or beverages.
* Breakdown, clean and set-up buffets and food stations.
* Comply with Four Seasons' Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
* Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors; Understand Rocket Farm style, practices, culture, terminology, and general philosophy. Use these principles as guideline for behavior in conjunction with Four Seasons culture and philosophies.
Minimum Requirement
* Must be able to work all shifts including, AM's, Mid shift's, weekends, and holidays.
* Requires proficiency in the English language.
* Minimum two years of related experience in luxury establishment.
* Must have a strong F&B knowledge.
* Ability to pour, mix, and blend a wide variety, of wines, spirits, and missed drinks.
* Ability to accurately process cash and credit card transactions.
* Able to stand and walk up to 8 hours.
* Able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
