Hotel Room Attendant / Housekeeper - Full-time

World-class golf spa resort hotel in Rancho Bernardo seeking dependable Room Attendant / Housekeeper to provide guests an impeccable service experience. Full-time day schedule. Weekends may be required. Previous experience in hotel Housekeeping a must. Great working environment at top-rated property.

Duties:
Provide guest room cleaning services, ensure safety, order, and provisioning of all assigned guest rooms. Perform routine housekeeping tasks in guest rooms, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and straightening; cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms; replacing linens and towels; and replenishing amenities following established resort standards.

Satisfactorily meet the performance and production standards established by the hotel from time to time, including, but not limited to, completing the assigned number of rooms in accordance with quality standards. Communicate guest requests to appropriate supervisor in a timely manner. Maintain the cleanliness and order of linen closets, and promptly report any discrepancies or problems. Document room status and linen usage on maid sheet, as directed.

***MINIMUM 6 MONTHS HOTEL HOUSEKEEPING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED***

- Must have ability to speak, read, and write basic English, and follow verbal and written instructions. Ability to read and understand chemical labels.
