Shift Leader - Full-time / Part-time

Five Guys Burgers and Fries is looking for energetic, enthusiastic, hard working and reliable candidates to join our management team! The position of shift leader is an entry level management position within our company. Shift leaders are responsible for opening and closing the store and running quality shifts! On any given day they can and will handle a wide range of managerial responsibilities! In a sense, they are the General Managers right hand. At Five Guys we promote heavily within our own company. Many shift leaders have advanced to become Assistant Managers and General Managers at our Five Guys stores in Palm Beach, Martin and St. Lucie Counties.
