Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting
* Transferring residents to and from activities and meals according to their individual service plans
* Serving meals to residents in the dining room or their apartments
* Recording and reporting changes in resident eating habits to supervisor
* Initiating and participating in leisure activities provided for residents
* Maintaining residents' daily records in a timely manner and in accordance with company policy and procedures

We seek the following qualifications:
* High School Diploma or GED
* Massachusetts CNA License is required for this posting
* One Weekend a month is required
* 1 year of related experience preferred
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Flexibility with schedule - availabilty for day, evening, holiday and weekend shifts is required
* Must enjoy working with the senior population
